Is this AI? Will replies sound robotic?
AI helps draft each reply from the couple's own details, using templates you approve. The goal is for it to sound like you on a good day, and everything it sends is logged where you can see it.
Is this only about inquiries?
Inquiries are where most vendors lose the most, so that's where we start. On the call we look at your whole booking process, and if something else is costing you more, I'll tell you.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. It works with HoneyBook, Dubsado, and most common tools. If you don't use one, a simple setup works fine.
What about Instagram DMs?
Not in the first build. We start with your website, email, and The Knot and WeddingWire. If DMs are a big source of inquiries for you, tell me on the call.
